Gino is a passionate coach whose journey from varsity-level rugby to running & cycling began after his senior season with the Dinos was cancelled due to COVID-19.
This unexpected turn led him to the bike and sparked a deep interest in attaining elite endurance fitness during his summer internship at Garmin.
His fascination with the science behind peak performance drove him to pursue a master’s degree in exercise physiology, where he delved into the intricacies of the physiology of training, sports psychology & nutrition, and an in-depth understanding of training data analytics.
His approach to coaching is dynamic and personalized, balancing data analytics, science-backed literature, and applied sports psychology to guide his athletes' training decisions.
