Summit’s
training Philosophy
Grounded in science. FuelLed by purpose. Personalized for your peak.
Train with Intention.
Live with Momentum.
our Philosophy is to empower OUR athletes to achieve their highest level of endurance performance.
We recognize that every athlete’s physiology is different, As coaches, our commitment is to understand and tailor our approach to each athlete's needs.
We believe tRAINING IS NOT JUST IN THE PROGRAMMING ITSELF, BUT THE SMALL DETAILS THAT come after it.
WHy
having a philosophy matters.
With my experiences as both a coach and athlete, I’ve seen firsthand that the best performances and team cultures are built on a foundation of core values and guiding principles.
A strong coaching philosophy provides a clear direction and purpose, ensuring that every decision, from training methods to team interactions, aligns with the overall goals and values of the team.
Without a well-defined philosophy, teams can lose focus, and cultures can drift over time, leading to inconsistent coaching decisions and a lack of unity.
A coaching philosophy acts as the backbone of a team, keeping everyone on the same page and committed to a shared vision of success.
It’s not just about what we do, but why we do it—and that ‘why’ is what keeps us grounded, motivated, and moving forward the coach-athlete relationship.
